Every site’s Logo has more importance for that site because logo is identity for that site.
Most probably designer don’t run his mind and copy to another design and make it but that’s not pure. Don’t copy for another logo make a fresh design, you think how? I will suggest you. Don’t make a background to your log; it’s not good for you and your sites. I think, always makes a text logo, which has great importance like such as hotel.com, orbitz, craiglist, flickr, yahoo, google, which is the most famous sites in worldwide. In that sites logo has no background or image. But you see most of the designer makes sites logo in flash (animated views), it’s fake and increase your sites weight.
If you search in Internet then you find out more ready-made sites, which offer more logo with few rates. Most of guys don’t take stress and purchase logo. Sometime get good, basically you suggest your logo to designer sites then make a better logo for you but include image of animation most of time. But I think open his Photoshop and run his mind as well as select a great font, color and make a great logo.

open photoshop and take new page Ctr+N
Select the Color as well as font with help of toolbar
Type your Logo Name like that
want to a great effect then select the layer in right hand side layer option and click on the blend option button then a option open like that
then put effect when you click on the dialog box mark
final you get you logo change it text with the help of toolbar
that's final design , design it himself and don't purchase by any websites.
