How can you better design web pages?

I tell you something HOW to design better web pages (look wise). In most of the web design pages you can’t watch feather actions therefore we describe and tell you how can you use this in your web pages but I tell about feather, and what is this? and what looks? after use, feather actions is produce smooth the picture border as well as shade create, according to your selected color, if you pick red then it develop red shade and smooth thats color,

How can use this:- First of all you image or and area where you create feather select and reverse then selections then go to MENU->SECLECT options in menu bar and select MENUàSELECTàFEATHER then ask you how much you feather want 1,2,3,4,5,……..16. If you increase the feather then shade area goes to increase if you take 3 then it view only few area so will take according to views. You can use this and create your page with smooth image with great look. Also take images you will understand that
